25 Beaded Knits
Organic Blanket (page 26): the special abbreviation for c7b should read as follows: slip next 4 sts onto cable needle and hold at back of work, K3 from LH needle, slip 1 st from cable needle back onto LH needle and knit it (this is the stitch that is nearest to the LH needle), then K3 from cable needle.
Organic blanket (page 26): Peas and Beans (square 1a/b): should finish with row 58 as follows: (WS) (decrease): Using yarn A, K2, [(P2tog) 3 times, P1, K2, P3, K2] 3 times, (P2tog) 3 times, P1, K2 (41 sts). And then you need to bind (cast) off sts knitwise.
Organic blanket (page 28): do not follow the squares in the photograph for the order of piecing as these are not necessarily in the correct order (the photos have been cut and pasted together to create a collage). Use the information in the finishing section at the end of the pattern instructions for the order of piecing.
Glitzy Sequin Purse (page 41): the sequins are 8mm (5/16in) and not 3mm
sequins.
Superstar Belt (page 49): at the beginning of the instructions for “Belt (make 2)” where it says “Thread beads on yarn in the foll sequence”, ignore these instructions and thread on beads as folls: Thread on 400 silver beads (this is a minimum), then *(1 silver, 1 pearl) 21 times, 1 silver*. Rep from * to * 4 times more.
Superstar Belt (page 49): to make a beaded loop you need to bring the yarn
forward between the needles before wrapping the yarn with 43 beads round thumb
of either hand.
Superstar Belt (page 49): Row 1 should read as follows: K1, (make beaded loop, K1) 5 times.
Bolero Jacket (page 56): on back panel after casting on, working four knit rows and then changing to 3.25mm needles, you need to work a knit row and then a purl row before starting row 1 of the chart for back panel. These two extra stocking stitch rows also need to be added into the left and right fronts and sleeves at the same point in the pattern.
Bolero Jacket (pages 60-61): where the chart is split across the spiral binder, the extended brown section in the middle with black outlined circles on page 60 and three gold beads on page 61 needs to be omitted. There should be 36 beads on either side of the arrows in the centre (up to the XL size), with one bead in the centre between the arrows.
Candy Phone Cosies (page 66): there are no titles for the six designs shown. From top left: Candy Star; Candy 1; Candy 2 (colourway 2). From bottom left: Candy 2 (colourway 2); Candy 3; Candy Heart.
Abbreviations list (page 127): c8b should read: slip next 4 sts onto cable needle and hold at back of work, knit 4 sts from LH needle then knit 4 sts from cable needle.

Twelve throw projects are offered in this colourful book, combining colour knitting with texture, beads, sequins and buttons. You can either choose a project by following the instructions, to create one of the pictured throws, or have fun combining your own squares to create your own unique design.
The individual squares can also be used as inspiration for sweaters, bags or other accessory designs, making it a very useful reference book as well as a wonderful blanket book. All designs use Rowan yarns.
